Go to Settings > Users & Roles.
The Weekly Summary Email is a recap of your store's previous week, delivered to your inbox every Monday morning. It covers the completed week from Monday to Sunday and pulls together your new members, cancellations, scheduled orders, revenue, and more, so you can see how your store is tracking at a glance without logging in.
The digest is opt-in and set per user. Each staff member chooses whether they want to receive it, so you can send it to the people who need the overview and leave everyone else out. The email subject reads Members One Digest followed by the date range it covers.
What's Included
The email opens with a key figures strip: new members, cancelled memberships, the net change, revenue, and total order count for the week. Below that, each section lists the detail behind those numbers. Sections with no activity show a short "None this week" line, and long lists are capped with a link to view the rest in your dashboard.
Below is a table of the sections included in the digest and what each one shows.
| New Members | Memberships that started during the week, with the customer and club. |
| Cancellations | Memberships that were cancelled, including the cancellation reason where one was given. |
| Paused Memberships | Memberships that were paused during the week, showing when each is paused until. |
| Products Removed | Products taken off a membership during the week, including those removed through a product swap. |
| Scheduled Orders | A count of scheduled orders that processed, failed, declined, or came up out of stock, plus a list of those needing attention. |
| Cards Expiring Soon | Member payment cards due to expire in the next 30 days, so you can prompt updates before an order declines. |
| New Customers | New non-member customers who were added during the week. |
| Revenue Breakdown | Revenue for the week split across club, point of sale, and online, with the average order value. |
| Loyalty Activity | New loyalty sign-ups and tier upgrades during the week. |
| Top Products Sold | Your best-selling products for the week. |
Note: A completely quiet week shows a short "quiet week" message in place of the sections.
Turning It On or Off
The Weekly Summary is switched on per user from that user's notification settings. To subscribe or unsubscribe:
Step 1: Open the user
- Go to Settings > Users & Roles and open the user you want to change.
Step 2: Expand Notifications
- Scroll to the Notifications section and expand it. The Weekly Summary Report appears at the top of the list.
Step 3: Toggle the email switch
- Turn the Email switch on to subscribe, or off to unsubscribe.
Step 4: Save
- Click Submit to save the change.
Please note: The digest only sends if you are subscribed to it, so make sure the email switch is on for anyone who should receive the weekly recap.
