Club Schedules

To add or modify an existing schedule, navigate to Clubs & Subscriptions > Subscription Clubs > View Club > Edit Club Schedule.

The club schedule feature allows you to choose the frequency at which your clubs are processed. Depending on the selected schedule, your customers will have options available to them when signing up for a club. While only one schedule can be assigned to each club, it is possible to change the schedule during the club’s lifecycle, although this is not recommended. Please note that any existing memberships will not be updated to reflect the new schedule; only new memberships created after the change will be impacted.

Establishing your club offerings early is crucial, as it allows you to determine the type of schedule that will best serve your customers. Below is a list of different schedules, each designed to provide a unique experience for your members.

Monthly Schedule

You can create a monthly schedule for any club, enabling your customers to choose from various frequencies: monthly, every 2 months, every 3 months, every 6 months, and every 12 months. The monthly schedule will automatically renew each year.

Below is an example of how the monthly frequency options look for your members.

Allow Instant Shipments

This feature enables members to receive their first order immediately, allowing for payment at the time of signup. If this option is disabled, members will need to wait until the end of their designated frequency period before their next shipment is processed.

  • Yes – Your members will have the option to receive a shipment instantly.
  • No – Your members will not have the option to receive a shipment instantly.
  • Forced – Your members will be required to accept the instant shipment.

Selection Delay

Selection delay allows you to postpone the shipment date of memberships. For instance, if a member attempts to sign up on the 15th and the next shipment is scheduled for the 16th, but there is a 5-day selection delay, they will not be eligible for that upcoming shipment. Typically, this delay can be set to zero days in most cases.

Select Frequency

Choose the frequencies you would like to apply to your club.

The selected frequencies will be shown during the club sign-up process, allowing your members to select the options that best align with their preferences.

Please be aware that frequencies can be modified at any time; however, only new memberships will be impacted. Existing memberships will continue to be assigned to the previous frequencies.

Custom Schedule

Custom Schedule gives club members the power to choose their favourite processing dates and how many shipments they want. They’ll see different options for both the number of shipments and shipment dates through a handy drop-down picker. Plus, you can set minimum and maximum shipment quantities or let members add as many as they like.

Here is an example of how the Custom selection appears on your website.

Selection Delay

Selection delay enables you to limit the processing date, preventing shipments within that delay from being processed.

Minimum Shipment

Establish a minimum or maximum number of shipments that members must select during the signup process.

Repeat Yearly

By default, the custom schedule does not repeat. Once the shipments are completed, the membership will conclude. However, you have the option to enable this feature, allowing members to carry their choices over into the subsequent calendar period.

Specific Date Schedule

The Specific Date Schedule allows you to establish exact dates for managing your club throughout the year. This feature guarantees precise planning and execution on designated days within your calendar, enhancing overall organisation and effectiveness.

Repeat Yearly

By default, the specific date schedule does not repeat annually. However, you can enable this feature, allowing members choices to carry over into the following year.

The weekly schedule allows you to provide a curated selection for your members, which is particularly beneficial for products that are needed on a weekly basis.
