Reports Overview

Go to Reports in the sidebar.

The Reports section brings all of your Members One data together in one place. It is grouped into pages by topic, so you can look at memberships, sales, scheduled orders, loyalty, customers, bookings and point of sale each on their own page. Every page gives you the same tools: summary figures at the top, a live preview of the data, filters to narrow it down, and an export when you want the full file.

Each page also offers several report types you can switch between, so a single page can answer more than one question. This article introduces every page and the reports it contains, then explains how previewing and exporting work, which is the same across the whole section.

Booking Reports

Go to Reports > Bookings. This page has two tabs at the top, Reservations and Events, and the available reports change depending on which tab you are on.

Reservations

  • Guest List: the guests booked in, with their booking details and check-in status.
  • Overview: a summary of your reservations, including total bookings, guests, revenue and attendance.

Events

  • Guest List: the ticket holders for your events, with their booking details and check-in status.
  • Session Breakdown: bookings broken down by session, including capacity and how much of it is booked.
  • Overview: a summary of your events, including total bookings, tickets, revenue and attendance.

You can also narrow a booking report to a single reservation or event using the selector on the page.

Point Of Sale Reports

Go to Reports > Point Of Sale. This page reports on your point of sale activity and has two tabs.

  • End Of Day: an end of day summary of your POS trading.
  • Daily Pours: a breakdown of pours recorded through your POS.

Please note: Point Of Sale reports use a separate permission from the other report pages, so a staff member may be able to open some report pages but not this one. Check the user's role if the page does not appear.

Previewing And Exporting

Every report page works the same way, so once you know one you know them all.

Choosing A Report

  • Use the Report Type dropdown near the top of the page to switch between the reports available on that page.
  • The summary cards and the preview table update to match your choice.

Previewing The Data

  • The preview table shows a limited number of rows so the page stays fast, with a "Showing X of Y records" line telling you how many records match in total.
  • The preview always reflects your current filters, so what you see is what you will export.

Filtering

  • Select Filter to open the filter menu. Every page offers a date range, and each page adds its own filters on top, such as club, status, order type, payment status or loyalty tier.
  • The number next to Filter shows how many filters are active.

Exporting

  • Choose your Format, either Excel (.xlsx) or CSV (.csv).
  • Select Export Report. The file is generated in the background, so the button shows Generating report... while it works and you can keep using the page.
  • When it is ready, a Download button appears with the row count. Select it to save the file. Exported files contain only the filtered data, not just the preview rows.

Recent Exports

  • Each page keeps a Recent Exports list of the reports you have generated, so you can download an earlier file again or delete one you no longer need.
  • Generated files are kept for 30 days and then removed automatically, so download anything you want to keep.
