Go to Dashboards > Store Overview.
The Store Overview dashboard gives you a snapshot of how your store is performing. It brings your sales, orders, customers, best-selling products and most valuable members together on a single screen, so you can check the health of your business at a glance without running individual reports.
Figures update automatically as new orders come in, and several panels are clickable, letting you jump straight from a summary into the full list behind it.
Dashboard Panels
Below is a table of the dashboard panels and their functions.
| Total Sales | A summary card showing your total sales revenue Month to Date and Year to Date, each with a percentage change against the same period previously. |
| Orders | A summary card showing your number of orders Month to Date alongside your Average Order Value. Click the card to open your website order history. |
| Customers | A summary card showing new customers Month to Date and Year to Date. Click the card to open your full customer list. |
| Total Sales chart | A bar chart of your sales broken down by order type, with a selector to switch the time period. |
| Best Selling Products | A ranked table of your top-selling products over the last 30 days by quantity sold. |
| Most Valuable Customers | A ranked table of your customers by lifetime value. |
Summary Cards
Three cards sit across the top of the dashboard, each comparing the current period against the previous one so you can see whether a figure is trending up or down.
- Total Sales: Your total sales revenue, shown Month to Date and Year to Date.
- Orders: The number of orders placed Month to Date, alongside your Average Order Value. Click this card to open your website order history.
- Customers: The number of new customers acquired Month to Date and Year to Date. Click this card to open your customer list.
Each figure includes a small percentage change with an up or down arrow, comparing the current period to the same period previously. This is useful for spotting growth or a dip at a glance.
Total Sales
The Total Sales chart breaks your sales down by order type, so you can see how your website, club and point of sale orders each contribute to your revenue. The total for the selected period is displayed above the chart.
Use the selector in the top right of the panel to change the time period:
- This Year: Sales for the current year.
- Last Year: Sales for the previous year.
- Yearly: Sales compared year by year.
- Monthly: Sales compared month by month.
Note: If you have not connected an eCommerce store yet, this panel will prompt you to connect one before any sales data can appear.
Best Selling Products
This panel ranks your highest-selling products over the last 30 days by the quantity sold. Each product shows its image, name and units sold, and you can select a product to view its details. Use View All Products at the bottom of the panel to open your full product list.
Most Valuable Customers
This panel ranks your customers by their lifetime value, helping you identify who is spending the most with you. Each row shows the customer's name, email and lifetime value, and you can select a customer to view their profile. Use View All Customers at the bottom of the panel to open your full customer list.
