Go to Dashboards > POS Overview.
The POS Overview Dashboard brings together everything happening at your point of sale, so you can see how your cellar door or counter is trading without opening a report. It pulls your sales, transactions, payment methods, busiest trading times, and your best selling products into a single page.
The dashboard covers sales made through the Members One POS App, and it separates your members from your walk-in customers so you can see the value your club is bringing over the counter. Use it as your daily starting point to check how trade is tracking and where your busiest hours fall.

Summary Cards
Three cards sit across the top of the dashboard and give you the headline figures at a glance. Where a figure has a matching period to compare against, a trend indicator shows whether it is up or down.
POS Sales
- Shows your total point of sale revenue for the month to date alongside the year to date figure. Selecting this card takes you to your POS order history.
Transactions
- Shows the number of transactions for the month to date and your average transaction value. Selecting this card also opens your POS order history.
Customer Ratio
- Splits this month's activity into member sales and walk-in sales, so you can see how much of your counter trade is coming from club members.
Dashboard Panels
Below the summary cards, a set of panels break your point of sale activity down further. Several panels have their own date range selector so you can change the period they cover independently.
Below is a table of the dashboard panels and their functions.
| POS Sales & Transactions | A chart of your point of sale sales and transaction counts over time. Choose the period from This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, This Year, or Last Year. |
| Payment Methods | A breakdown of how your customers paid, split by payment method. Choose the period from This Month, Last Month, This Year, or Last Year. |
| Peak Hours | A heat map of your busiest trading times across the days and hours of the week, with your single busiest hour highlighted. Choose the period from This Week, Last Week, or Last 4 Weeks. |
| Profile Performance | Compares the sales made under each POS profile, showing the transactions, sales, and average value for each, so you can see how each till or staff profile is performing. |
| Best Selling POS Products | Lists your top selling products over the last 30 days, ranked by the number sold. |
| Top POS Customers | Lists your highest spending customers for the current month by their number of transactions and total spent. |
Note: Panels show a short "no data available" message until transactions have been recorded through your point of sale for the selected period.
