Profile Contents

Each customer profile contains key details, including club memberships, loyalty discounts, order history, purchase statistics, and contact information.

This provides a central view of the customer’s relationship with your business.
Address Information

View the customer’s billing and shipping addresses on file.

Note: To update this information, you must do so in the customer’s account in your connected e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify or WooCommerce).
Loyalty Discounts

If a customer qualifies for a loyalty discount, their profile will display:
- Discount Status
- Loyalty Tier
- Discount Amount
- Qualifying Date
- Date Joined

Total Sales

This allows you to track a customer’s loyalty engagement and tailor offers accordingly.

Notes

Staff can add internal notes to customer profiles to support personalised service and cross-team communication.

Notes may include reminders, customer preferences, support history, or follow-up actions.

Notes are internal only and are not visible to the customer.
Emails

View a history of all system-generated emails sent to the customer (e.g. order confirmations, membership updates).

You can also resend previously sent emails directly from the profile.
Activity log

The activity log tracks all profile-related actions, including:

Membership signups, edits, or cancellations

Shipping or billing updates

Customer List Table
Below is a table of list page items and their functions.
Customer Number |
A unique identifier assigned to each customer, used to locate or reference their profile. |
Customer Name |
The customer’s full name (first and last). |

The email address associated with the customer. Each email can only be used once per site. |
Customer Type |
Indicates whether the customer is a Member, Prospect, or Purchaser. |
LTV |
Stands for Lifetime Value – the total amount the customer has spent across all purchases. |
Last Order |
The date of the customer’s most recent order. |
Action |
Allows you to view or edit the customer’s profile and related activity. |
