How easy is it to install Loyalty Discounts?

When you install the Members One Plugin on your eCommerce store, a loyalty discount will be automatically installed. Once installed, you can configure your loyalty discount tiers.

No, Members One will automatically move customers between tiers based on the spending thresholds you’ve set.

You can view a customer’s loyalty discount by accessing their account in Members One and navigating to the Loyalty Discount section. This area provides key details such as their status, tier, discount, qualifying and expiration dates, as well as their join date.

No, customers are automatically moved between tiers based on their spending. Manual adjustments to loyalty tiers are not available to maintain the integrity of the automatic system.
