How easy is it to install Loyalty Discounts?

When you install the Members One Plugin on your eCommerce store, a loyalty discount will be automatically installed. Once installed, you can configure your loyalty discount tiers.

Each loyalty tier has its own dedicated page where you can track key performance indicators, view customers who are receiving discounts, and review the activities that have taken place within that tier. This provides you with complete control and insights for each tier.

No, Members One will automatically move customers between tiers based on the spending thresholds you’ve set.

You can view a customer’s loyalty discount by accessing their account in Members One and navigating to the Loyalty Discount section. This area provides key details such as their status, tier, discount, qualifying and expiration dates, as well as their join date.

Customers are automatically assigned to loyalty tiers based on their spending. Manual adjustments to loyalty tiers are not permitted, however, you can exclude customers from a tier.

Customers will be automatically notified when they change tiers.
