Automated Group Creation and Updates
In Members One, customer groups are automatically created and updated in response to the creation or modification of clubs or loyalty discount tiers. Groups do not need to be edited, these are simply for record keeping.
Key Processes
Automatic Updates
- Any changes you make to clubs or loyalty discounts will automatically update the associated customer groups to ensure they reflect the most current membership and discount structures.
Immutable Groups
- To ensure consistency across your marketing and sales efforts, these groups cannot be manually deleted or modified once created.
Ecommerce Platform Syncing
- Customer groups are synced from Members One to your ecommerce platform. This synchronization allows for the seamless assignment of discounts to eligible customers within these groups.
Customer Status and Discounts
Discount Eligibility: When a customer joins a club or qualifies for a loyalty tier, they’re automatically added to the relevant group, making them eligible for specific discounts.
Automatic Removal: If a customer leaves a club or no longer meets the criteria for a loyalty tier, they will automatically lose their discount eligibility and be removed from the group.
