Clubs Overview
Clubs empower vendors to offer products on a subscription basis, enabling the creation of exclusive clubs for customers. This feature is designed to facilitate recurring sales, enhance customer loyalty, and provide a streamlined subscription management system.
Club Benefits
Flexible Club Creation: Vendors can establish an unlimited number of subscription clubs, assign products, and define minimum/maximum quantities per subscription.
Customisable Pricing: Set fixed pricing or offer discounts in percentage terms to incentivize club membership.
Shipping Options: Offer a flat rate, free shipping, or local pickup options to accommodate various customer preferences.
Diverse Scheduling: Configure subscription frequencies with monthly, weekly, custom, and specific date schedules to meet different customer needs.
Automatic Membership Processing: The Members One platform automates membership management, including order processing and notifications, ensuring a seamless operation.
Instant Shipments: Enable customers to opt for immediate shipment for monthly or weekly subscription plans, adding flexibility to the subscription experience.

Shipping Configuration
Set your shipping preferences to include a flat rate, free shipping, or a local pickup option for all club orders. Pick-up locations can be created by going to Settings > Pickup Locations, It’s recommended you add locations where your customers would be able to pick up their products.

Club Schedules
Members One supports multiple scheduling options for subscriptions:
Monthly Schedule: Offers recurring schedules with customisable frequencies ranging from monthly to annually.
Custom Schedule: Provides total flexibility, allowing customers to choose any date and frequency, with options for yearly repetition.
Specific Date Schedule: Ideal for one-time clubs, allowing for a set future shipment date.
Weekly Schedule: Enables weekly recurring schedules with the option to select frequencies from every week to every 3 weeks.
Instant Shipment
Instant Shipment allows for the immediate processing and shipping of orders for clubs with monthly or weekly schedules. This feature enables members to receive their first order right away, facilitating payment upon signup.
When enabled members receive the option to request an immediate shipment by selecting “Request Instant Shipment” during checkout. This option caters to those eager to start enjoying their subscription benefits without waiting for the regular shipment cycle.
For certain clubs, Instant Shipment can be forced to automatically apply to all new memberships. This means every member who signs up for these specified clubs will experience an instant fulfillment of their first order.
Automatic Processing Of Memberships
Members One significantly streamlines the membership management process by automating the creation of scheduled orders. These orders are prepared 7 days prior to the designated processing date, ensuring timely and efficient delivery management. The scheduled date for a member’s first regular shipment will be determined based on their sign-up date plus the selected frequency interval. For example, if a member chooses a shipment every two months, their initial shipment will be scheduled for two months after their sign-up date.
Membership Management
The Members One platform streamlines the creation of subscription clubs, providing customers with immediate access through a user-friendly widget. This convenience allows them to sign up, choose their preferred delivery frequencies, and subscribe to your products with ease. You can easily manage and track your members, making it simple to edit, skip, pause, or cancel memberships all from an intuitive subscription platform.
Membership Notifications
To keep both vendors and members informed of critical membership activities, the platform sends notifications for a variety of actions, such as:
Membership signup
Order processing success or failure
Payment reminders
Membership status updates (e.g., paused, cancelled)
Vendors can activate in-app and email notifications for these membership actions through their user account settings, enhancing communication and engagement with members.

My Account Memberships
Members One enhances the customer experience by integrating a Membership & Loyalty Discount page directly into the ‘My Account‘ section of your online store. This feature provides customers with comprehensive control over their subscriptions, allowing them to:
Edit, skip, pause, or cancel their membership
View detailed membership information
Update their shipping address
Access delivery information
Club Statistics and Dashboard
Access detailed statistics about your subscription clubs, including total and active memberships, sales, average member spending, and cancellation rates. For further insights, the Club Overview Dashboard offers an analysis of club performance. Learn More
Product Swap
To swap a product for all memberships within a specific club, simply click on the “Swap Product” option in the menu.
Please be aware that this action is irreversible; once you swap the product, it will be changed for all memberships associated with the selected club.
