As we wrap up another incredible year, we’re thrilled to release our first update for 2026, version 1.7.5 of the Members One plugin. This update marks an exciting milestone in a year filled with growth, new features, and continued support from our amazing vendors.

Over the past twelve months, we’ve introduced powerful new tools to make running your clubs smoother than ever. From improved checkout experiences and smarter shipment management to seamless POS and marketing integrations, Members One has continued to evolve to meet the needs of our growing community.

To start the year, version 1.7.5 brings even more flexibility and control. You can now create memberships directly from your Vendor Panel, update credit card information through both the Membership Portal and Vendor Panel, view new trends in your statistics, import memberships using Excel, and access a brand-new vendor billing page.

Create Memberships from Vendor Panel

You asked, we heard! We know that not every signup happens via your website. Sometimes you’re on the phone with a customer, or face-to-face at an event. Starting today, you can now create memberships directly from the vendor panel, bypassing the need for the club tools altogether!

• Manual Entry: Easily sign up any member manually and bypass the standard checkout flow.
• Full Customisation: Fill out all club details, select frequencies, and assign products instantly.
• Payment Security: Add credit cards directly to the membership using our secure Stripe payment element, ensuring the member is ready for the next billing cycle immediately.
• Send Payment Link: Don’t have the customer’s credit card details? Send a payment link to their email, allowing them to enter their own payment information securely at their convenience.

New “My Membership” Features (Self-Service Portal)

Empower your customers and reduce the volume of customer support inquiries. We have updated the My Membership section to provide your members with greater control over their subscriptions. New essential features include the ability to update payment information, edit subscription frequency, and modify membership products, among others. 

• Secure Card Updates: Customers can now update their credit cards using Stripe’s secure payment element directly in their portal.
• Membership Update: Members can manage product preferences, switch club levels, update payments, and more, all from a mobile-friendly interface.
• Address Management: Members can instantly update their shipping addresses for future deliveries.

Credit card updates are now available through the Vendor Panel

Failed payments can happen, but they shouldn’t lead to lost revenue. You can now manually update membership credit cards from the View Membership page in the vendor panel. In addition to adding credit cards, you will also be able to send a payment link to customers, allowing them to update their card information at their convenience.

These features are especially useful for members who might not be very tech-savvy and prefer to provide their card numbers over the phone. This significantly improves your ability to manage memberships and update credit card information, both through the Members One plugin and the vendor panel.

New trends feature throughout the Vendor Panel

We are excited to announce the introduction of trend features in the vendor panel, designed to help you analyse and compare the performance of your store, clubs, loyalty programs, products, and memberships over the past 30 days. This enhancement allows you to visualise key metrics with new trend indicators, giving you a clearer view of your performance trajectory. With these insights at your fingertips, you can easily monitor important changes and make informed decisions to optimise your strategies. We encourage you to explore the new trends functionality, which is now available for your use!

Conversation Chat Messaging Updates

Communication is essential for retaining members. You can now start new chats with any member directly from the conversation screen. Whether you need to confirm a shipping address or thank a top-tier member personally, engaging with them is just a click away. Once you send a message, the member will be notified via email and can easily log in to their Membership Portal to respond.

All New Plans & Billing Section

Transparency is key to a good partnership. We’ve completely overhauled the vendor billing area to make it easier to track your Members One usage and subscription status.

• Usage Tracking: See exactly how many active members you have and how close you are to your plan limits.
• Self-Service Management: Easily switch plans or update your Members One payment method without needing to contact support.
• Invoice History: Download past PDF invoices instantly for tax time and view your complete billing history.

Easily Import Club Members via Excel

Are you migrating from another platform or looking to import a large number of members from your recent event? Our new Excel Import tool simplifies the process, enabling you to bulk import hundreds of members at once. After the import, you can automatically map credit cards through our Stripe integration, or you can manually add credit card information to each membership.

This new functionality makes it very easy to add new members to Members One. Existing vendors can take advantage of these new import tools starting today!

• Bulk Uploads: Import names, addresses, and club preferences in a single action.
• Smart Linking: Once imported, the system can automatically pull existing Stripe credit cards based on customer email addresses, ensuring a seamless transition with no interruption to billing.
• Manual Overrides: Have a specific card for a specific member? You can manually add cards to the membership after the import process.

Plan and export future shipments while preparing for upcoming orders

Members One now allows you to export future shipments, making it easier to plan for upcoming shipment days. This feature is excellent for determining the number of orders you need and the required stock for future dates.

To take advantage of this feature, navigate to:

Settings > System Settings > Import / Export > Select Scheduled Orders
