Easily Create Clubs and Choose the Perfect Schedule
Members One gives you the flexibility and freedom to offer schedules that fit your winery, brewery, or distillery. Choose from four main schedule types, including Monthly, Weekly, Custom, or Fixed Date and assign a different schedule to each club. For example, one club could run on a monthly schedule while another follows a custom schedule tailored to your members.
When configuring schedules, you’ll have access to a wide range of options, including instant shipments, frequency settings, selection delays, and minimum or maximum shipment limits. These options make it easy to fine-tune each club’s experience to fit your business model.
Once a schedule is assigned to a club, the frequency section in the club widget automatically updates to reflect the chosen schedule. Each schedule provides a unique signup experience for your members, which we’ll explore in more detail below.

The Monthly Schedule works well for offering recurring deliveries at regular monthly intervals. This provides customers with a simple and consistent way to receive their favourite products. All shipments will be processed automatically on the member’s anniversary date. Within the monthly schedule, you can choose from the following intervals:
- Every Month
- Every 2 Months
- Every 3 Months
- Every 6 Months
- Every 12 Months
You can also enable Instant Shipments, allowing customers to receive a shipment immediately without affecting their existing schedule. This feature is ideal for members who want to enjoy your products right away and helps boost sales during signup periods.
Fixed Date Schedule
The Fixed Date Schedule is ideal for traditional clubs that process all shipments on specific dates. You can add unlimited shipments, and all members within the club are processed together on those selected dates. This option is perfect for maintaining full control over when shipments are prepared and sent.
You can also enable instant shipments for fixed-date clubs so customers don’t have to wait until the next scheduled shipment. Additionally, you can choose whether fixed date schedules repeat annually or occur just once. This flexibility allows you to create one-time club events or limited-edition shipment clubs that end once the scheduled dates have passed.
Custom Schedule
The Custom Schedule gives your members full control over shipments and timing. Members can select their preferred shipment dates as well as how many shipments they’d like during signup. This is especially useful for businesses that want to offer complete flexibility and a more personalised experience.
You can also set minimum and maximum shipment limits, ensuring each member receives the right number of shipments over time.
Weekly Schedule
The Weekly Schedule is perfect for clubs that want to maintain a high-frequency delivery cycle, such as coffee or beer subscriptions. This keeps customers regularly engaged with your products and helps build stronger brand loyalty. You can choose from the following weekly intervals:
