Can we take event bookings directly on our website?

Yes. Even bookings are taken directly on your website and flow straight into Members One, without redirects or third-party platforms. This keeps the booking experience seamless and all data in one system.

Yes. Members One supports booking events and other experiences. You can manage them all from the same system with different rules, availability, and capacities.

Yes. All events bookings are visible in the Members One admin panel and at POS. This allows office staff and cellar door teams to stay aligned and prepared for each service.

Yes. You can define when events are available, how many guests can book, session times, locations, and optional fees. Availability updates automatically as bookings are made.

Yes. Members One allows you to apply booking fees where required and charge fees for no-shows directly from the system, helping reduce lost revenue.

Customers will be able to download tickets once they finalised and pay the fee.
